1. Returns

You may return most unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customised or special-order products
  • Items that have been opened or used
  • Products not in original packaging
  • Filters that have been installed or exposed to use

3. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us using the details above.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. If the item has already been shipped, please follow our return procedure above.
